It has been three months to the day that Shane has actually wrote a comic, so you can imagine my surprise when I saw a script in my Circ e-mail an hour ago. We are sorry to those who actually read our "comic" asking when a new one was going to come out, I hope you're still reading, and maybe just maybe we'll stick to some sort of schedule for the summer. Who knows, Circ might not even end after the summer, we may do a "things going on in our new jobs" sort of thing. Anyway it's really late and I should get some sleep, oh yeah check out the new comic.

a rainy week

It's been crazy here in Space City where it's been raining pretty much all week. I've had to drive through that mess for 4 days straight now, 5 tomorrow due to the fact that there is a 70% chance of rain throughout the weekend. That's pretty much it, nothing else has been going on, I'm just glad it's Friday and also payday. Until next update, be good or be good at it.

I have for the most part completed my side project which was a photo gallery for Circ. I should have done it a long time ago but I got lazy (and as we all know it doesn't take much for me to get lazy). Anyway thanks to some encouragement (of sorts) I decided to work on it. But I'm rambling so I'll leave the link and stop writing: http://www.circcomics.com/photos. Enjoy!

P.S. Will update Circ page to include a link to it as soon as I feel like it (which could be as soon as this weekend).

A Long Expected Post

1:05:00 PM - Shane

My weekend at A-Kon in Dallas is at an end. I do have to say that I had a really fun time. There were a couple of things that were a little bit of a disappointment, such as missing the Nami Tamaki concert and not getting Fred Gallager's autograph, but other than that...everthing was freakin' awesome.

Saturday: I worked from 9am-12pm. I actually bought breakfast for all that were there. It was pretty cool considering I hadn't had breakfast in a while. Plus McGriddles are just plain awesome. I left Houston around 2pm. About half way there, I went to convenient store where I was made to take my Astros cap off because it was "Rangers' Territory." Sports rivalries are awesome. I got to Dallas around 6pm. Me, Rachel, BASTAY, Virginia, and P.J. went out to eat at TGI Friday's where the service just sucked. But we had a good time. Afterwards, we went to the convention hall and I walked into a bad ass J-Rock band called Psycho le Cemu. (sp?) They freakin' ROCKED!!!! I wanted to buy their CD but they were completely sold out. I must buy this album. I ran into Alan and someone I haven't seen in a while...Miguel. Miguel was a member of my old band with Jessica and Justin. Come to find out, he's Monica Realle's (sp?) brother. That's kinda cool that I was in the band with the brother of a famous voice actor...lol. Afterwards, Rachel and I went to the dance. (it was kinda cool dancing dirty to Metallica's "King Nothing...lol :-D ) We finally hit the hay rounds about 3am. On the way back to the room, I ran into the guy to played Duo in Gundam Wing. Before I had the change to realize who he was and get back to get a pic, he was already gone...but it was cool to run into him.

Sunday: I woke up around 9:15am. Got to the convention around noon. I hit the dealer's room like a bandit. My aunt gave me money for the hotel room and Mom gave me $200 for my birthday and gave me a $100 limit on the credit card, so I was more than set. I went to the ANK panel but I walked out because I wanted to check out more the con and for other reasons that I don't wish to discuss. (It's nothing really..so dont worry folks :/ ) Halfway through the day, I had to take a trip to the car to put up all the crap I bought. We stayed at the con until about 6:30. We got hom around 11:30 or so. There were a couple of bad traffic jams.

Here is a list of all the crap I bought.

Wing 0 Custom (1/100)
Shenlong Gundam (1/100)
Altron Gundam (1/100)
Deathscythe (1/100)
Deathscythe Hell (1/100)
Wing 0 (1/100)
Launcher Strike Gundam (1/100)
Aile Strike Gundam (1/100)
Tallgesse III (1/144)
Shenlong Gundam (1/144)

.Hack (manga)(Volume 2)
Nami Tamaki "Greeting" (CD)
Azumanga Daiho (DVD's 1&2)
Invader Zim (DVD 1)
Some Megatokyo buttons

Sailor Moon Season 1 (being shipped)
Sailor Moon Season 2 (being shipped)

There were some cool things that I saw at the con, the cosplayers were cool. I actually saw a few Moonenites and Frylock. It was pretty sweet. All in all, I have to say that I had a really good weekend. I'm definitely going again and I can't wait until A-KON 16. I would also like to thank Amanda for letting me use her badge. :-D But before you finish reading this, I think you should all check this out...it's too funny.

the beginning of the end

Summer school has begun and that means in a few short months everything will have changed. Abrahm is already gone to begin his new life and pretty soon so will Shane. I hope to have found a new and exciting job by the end of the summer and Raymond might become a teacher's assistant. Oh yes this truly is the beginning of the end, but before we say goodbye there will be lots of fun this summer. Shane told me that he broke out of his writers block so there should be more comics hopefully, people have actually been asking me about it.

This past weekend was a lot of fun, Sunday was Shane's birthday and I know for a fact that he had a lot of fun, considering I helped him get really drunk Saturday night. That was a lot of fun, I had fun and I'm sure most everyone else did as well. Next Circ birthday will be Anthony's on August 15th, coincidentally enough a week before the fall semester begins. I think we will be having a big party then for his birthday/end of summer.

Anyway I think I've rambled enough for one post, I hope everyone starts to post again, thank you Donovan and Virginia for doing so, now lets get everyone else to do so as well. Thanks for reading and as always be good or be good at it.

Chris out.
